The only path to upload studies into the Nexus central index. Two scenarios: (1) practices with their own DICOM equipment — subscription per device; (2) doctors without their own equipment — €250/month/location (treated as one heavy on-site machine).

Private storage (10 GB free + whatever you purchase): only for your own private files, uploaded manually by you (from CDs, USB sticks or your own HDD). You view them from anywhere, you share them with a patient or colleagues via PIN-link — but they are not automatically uploaded to the Nexus central index.
The Nexus central index: with the Doctor account plan (€10/month) you get read access — view the full record of your patients (data uploaded by the patient or by other clinics), without consuming your private storage. What does the central index offer, exactly?
The central index is the brain of the ecosystem. A patient index organized by national ID, in which partner practices and hospitals register their imaging records — with access control in the hands of the patient and the treating physicians.
Unique patient by national ID
One patient = one unique record, regardless of how many clinics have examined them. All their investigations converge in one place, avoiding duplicates.
Secure share with PIN
Generate a link with a unique PIN for any study. The link stays active as long as you want, can be revoked anytime, with no email attachments.
Access across partners
With patient consent, other doctors or institutions in the MedConnect network can view the imaging history — for second opinion or continuity of care.
Controlled and audited access
Every view, download, share is logged in an immutable audit kept per GDPR. You see who accessed what and when.
